With over 20 years of experience working in corporate environments as an Agile Coach and Transformation Leader, I understand the pressures modern teams face. I also understand how easy it is for stress, burnout, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion to go unnoticed behind professionalism and performance.
My approach combines corporate experience with holistic wellbeing practices including meditation, breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing support — delivered in a way that feels approachable, practical, and relevant for real working environments.
